SHIPPING POLICY

La Bodega Online LLC offers free standard shipping on every order shipped within the United States, including Puerto Rico.

DELIVERY TIME

Orders are generally delivered within approximately 5–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, holidays, carrier delays, product availability, or periods of high order volume.

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages and may receive separate tracking numbers.

SHIPPING AVAILABILITY

We currently ship only within the United States, including Puerto Rico. We do not offer international or express shipping at this time.

TRACKING

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout after the order ships.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order enters production or ships.

DELAYS AND DELIVERED PACKAGES

Delivery dates are estimates. La Bodega Online LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but it cannot be located, please contact the carrier first and then contact us so we can help review the situation.
